CSS layout review - Unknown
FreeCSSTemplates.org has once again stunned me with an amazing layout! - Unknown
This two column CSS blog layout utilizes vibrant colors to capture the visitors’ attention and I find that the strong colors do not hinder any reading as well. The colors are well matched in my opinion.
The CSS file is well commented and stated clearly every distinct element for future designers to make any changes if there is a need. The file is also very compact, manageable and neat. Every element in the index (home page) file is also well labeled to identify the blocks easily. You can easily change and customize the elements without any advanced HTML knowledge.
The main bulk of the size comes from the beautiful background images. If performance is an issue to you, the images can be further optimized to improve the page loading speed.
Lastly, this layout is well optimized for search engines as it uses the headers tag appropriately. This CSS layout also arranged in such a way that the content appear before the navigation links at the side - this will enhance the indexing of the bots as well.
